The beauty industry in Korea is also required sensitivity, diversity, creativity and individuality. The systematic re-education of hairbeauty is reviewed here and the research covers the job characteristics of hair beauty professions, the study on the effects of satisfaction of work conditions and the employee turnover rate on the re-education to check up on the current situation of the re-education and to vitalize the condition.
