Abstract

The interaction between theoretical part and practical part of the beauty industry has been improving in preparation for internalization. The purpose of this paper is, as investigating the current re-education situation, to suggest a baseline data to encourage both relationship and job satisfaction, by preference data which is based on re-education broadly performed in reality. This survey is based on the beauty artists working in Seoul and Geyonggi area. 290 copies of self-administered questionnaires are used as a final analysis material. Analysis of frequency, analysis of primary factor, reliability and regression analysis was conducted by SPSS 22.0. The result are as follows: First, as a result of investigating demographic factors, the women in their twenty is the most popular in the survey. The most of the questioned are single women, have 1 to 3 years
