Abstract

As the problem of long-term youth unemployment continues, the beauty industry is able to create high value-added and sustainab le jobs. Therefore hair beauty field training needs effective content and operation for practical adaptation after graduation. The object of this study is to research the significant difference between importance and performance by each field training area and investigate what needs to be improved in the hairdressing field area as requested by the beauty industry.
