Abstract |
This study aimed to analysis the differences of turnover intention by hairstylist' personal characteristics and determined the effects of their job stresses on turnover intention. And it attempted to prepare efficient management plans in order to solve the management problems of hairdressing business, focusing their job stresses from aspects of human resource administration. For empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted among beauty salon employees in Gyeongsangnam-do, and the collected data were analyzed.
