| Abstract |
|
The purpose of this thesis is to find out that the hair art has the wide possibility and creativity as the plastic arts, exceeding beyond the limitation of beauty art, finding the diversity of material having the motive of hands and face as a functional design to help the artistic express of the hair art. The way to study of this thesis is first to search for the previous thesises studied about the hands and face, the hair art, and the meaning of life and art, and then based on this to plan the creative design and produce the real work having the story of life. Some hair art works are written in this thesis. The family outing is expressed using various trifling articles like a scrubber, a hair pin, a thread, a key. Whew expresses a feature faint to tell the face which represents the life history, and it means to live with composure. Hands symbolize the male and female, and a kite made with hairs and blue thread and red one means the unity. Those are planned with the creative design and are developed with various materials, according to the life story with theme. Finally, this thesis tells that the hair art as a functional design has various materials by having the motive of hands and face. Through this we can make sure that it express the internal philosophy and the value of beauty. The beauty care has extended to the area of hair art surpassing the limit of the beauty art. And it has the possibility as a extensive plastic art. Therefore, this hair art can be used to exploit various materials, and it would be settled into the academic part by the steady study. |
