Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the difference of body image and hairstyling behavior by demographic characteristics of female college students and the status of their hairstyling behavior. The survey was conducted from April 10-April 20, 2011 with a target of female college students from 18 to 28 years old in Gwangju metropolitan area. A total of 550 copies were distributed and 515 copies were collected. 498 copies excluding incompletely answered copies were used for final analysis.
