Abstract
With the object of understanding the realities of gradually growing but competitive skin beauty area and providing information on better management performance and the operation of skin beauty shop, this study was intended to develop important store-related factors by classifying store characteristics in skin beauty shop into location, facilities, technique and service, and examine into the effect of these store-related factors on management performance in skin beauty shop. To achieve this, a survey was carried out on owners of skin beauty shops located in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do. And total 206 questionnaires were analyzed on the 5-point Likert scale.
