Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to figure out the condition of beauty service education, and to examine differences and effects for employees` job satisfaction, service quality and customer satisfaction by CS(Customer Satisfaction) education program`s exists. Employees` job satisfaction, service quality and customer satisfaction were high in the beauty shop have CS education than have not it. Therefor, CS education is needed to improve employees` job satisfaction, service quality and customer satisfaction. |
