Abstract

The research is to identify impact on major satisfaction level and career decision level by job-esteem of 213 beauty major collegestudents in Busan and Gyeongnam region and provide basic data for major education and career training and help the direction for human resource management of industry. To set out the research result first, sub factor for comprising job-esteem of beauty major college students were ``relative value``, ``social reputation``, ``relative benefit`` and ``negative treatment`` and for the career decision level, ``selfunder standing``, ``job information`` and ``undecidedness in choosing career``.
