Abstract |
It is comparative research on scalp condition of the middle-aged women in 40-60`s according to intake of enzyme food which was famous for enhancement of digestion and absorption. The experimental groups are total 30 women objects in 40-60`s which is divided in to each control group(C) and intake group(E) of enzyme food 6 g/2 times/day. It was observed the change of microbial quantity, sebum output, keratin quantity, erythema index and pH of the scalp before and after intake for 12 weeks. It was resulted that C group was inclined to increased the microbial quantity, the sebum output, the keratin quantity, the erythema index and the pH of the scalp and E group decreased them after the experiment. The result of this study showed that enzyme food intake changed to measurement value of scalp positively, the decrease of microbial quantity, sebum output, keratin quantity, erythema index and pH of the scalp. |
