| Abstract |
|
After verifying anti-inflammatory efficacy of herb mixture extract(HME) from Glyrrhizia uralensis FISCH, Forsythia suspensa Vahl, Coptis chinensis Franch and chestnut shells and adding HME to serum and cream, we finally has verified dosage form`s pH and stability of viscosity in various conditions from this study. The experiment for verifying anti-inflammatory effect of HME was verified through Raw 264.7 cells induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS). HME suppressed the production of inducible NO synthase (iNOS) in Raw 264.7 cells stimulated by LPS. HME also suppressed the level of iNOS over 94% at 50 |
