The Effects of Mentoring in Skin Care Duties on Trust in Mentors, Satisfaction in a Relationship and Turnover Intention

Abstract
This study aims to identify the effects of mentoring on trust and satisfaction in a relationship, and survey the effects of confidence in mentors on turnover intent through the use of a questionnaire. A total of 300 copies of responses were used in the final analysis done with SPSS 11.0. A cross-tabulation analysis, a t-test and a multi-regressional analysis were conducted and the results are presented as follows: First, when the effects of mentoring on trust in mentors was analysed, it was discovered that its psychosocial function had a positive effect on cognitive, emotional and behavioral reliability.
