Research Paper : Improvement in Scalp Hair in Middle Aged Women Using Oral Enzyme Food and Collagen

Abstract
In order to look into the effect on middle aged women``s scalp hair by a combined intake of enzyme food known to be helpful for digestion and absorption of dietary nutrients and collagen known to be effective for skin improvement, this study selected a total 60 women in their age 40``s to 60``s as test subjects and assigned 15 subject respectively in a control group(Cont.), a intake group(E) of enzyme food 3 g, a intake group(C) of collagen 3 g and a combined intake group(EC) of enzyme food 3g and collagen 3g with every morning and evening meal, 2 times a day. It was carried out for 12 weeks and measured and compared the status of their hairs before and after intake of the dietary medication for each group.
