Recently the world concerns and developments have been more focusing on the natural cosmetics materials. In this study, Luffa cylindrica (L. cylindrica) as a natural material was extracted with 70% ethanol. And the antimicrobial activities of L. cylindrica extract was evaluated against 4 different skin microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus: S. aureus, Staphylococcus epidermids: S. epidermidis, Propionibacterium acnes: P. acnes, Melassezia furfur: M. furfur) by disc diffusion methode.
