|
The purpose of the study was to analyze the correlation between the health status, stress and fatigue level in everyday life, and fatigue symptoms immediately after meridian massage. A survey was conducted targeting 200 Seoul resident women aged 30-60 and the data was analyzed using SPSS win 21.0. Personal health status and fatigue level in everyday life affected the fatigue symptoms immediately after meridian massage; the group that experienced the massage for the first time showed more increase in the fatigue symptoms after the massage if they had poorer health status and the higher fatigue level in everyday life. The group that experienced meridian at least two times showed more increase in the fatigue symptoms immediately after the massage if they had more severe stress and higher fatigue level in everyday life. Studies in various methods are expected to relieve the fatigue symptoms. |
