Abstract |
This study examines and analyzes perceptions and behavioral patterns of 60-year-old women skin care in order to set up marketing strategy and service development reflecting their demands. 350 persons over 60 years old who attend welfare center for the aged, skin care shops and fitness center in Daegu were examined by questionnaire survey from Aug. 1 to Sep. 15, 2010. The frequency analysis and crosstabs analysis were executed using SPSS WIN 18.0. Skin Care showed interest in the 60-year-old women are generally high, acquiring path information was made mainly through friends, neighbors and family. 60-year-old women for the skin care using only three had a positive opinion. Use basic cosmetics are mainly used for domestic and cosmetics, and cosmetics in general prefer to prefer cosmetic kind. As a result, the 60-year-old, women have higher interest in skin care, such as young women, about the use of only three women were salons for 60-year-old have positive thoughts. Therefore skin care industry potential demand of an appropriate group of customized skin care costs for 60-year-old women differentiated for customer creation of the 60-year-old women program development and marketing strategies will need to be made. |
