Research Paper : The Effect of Enzyme Food Intake on 40`s~60`s Women`s Facial Skin

Abstract
The purpose of this study aims to research the effect of enzyme food on 40`s~60`s women`s facial skin. In this research, the main concern is to analyze how enzyme food affects preventing middle-aged women`s facial skinaging. To do efficient research, participants in this experiment were classified into the enzyme food intake group (E) and the control group (Cont). The enzyme food, taking 3 g of enzyme food every morning and evening, was provided for E group for 12 weeks. Analyzed parts are brightness, however, pH, melanin, erythema, sebum, moisture, dead skin cell, pore of the facial skin. In conclusion, Enzyme food intake certainly improves the functions of internal body organs and helps nutrient absorption for anti-skin aging. We believe that these are main causes to slow the skin aging.
