Research Paper : A Qualitative Study on Factors related to Job Stress of Beauty Industry Employees

Abstract
The development of the economy contributed to the growth of the beauty industry; however, the industry constitutes problems in working environment. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to examine the major factors of job stress of beauty industry employees. Research was performed through a qualitative research. In-depth interviews were conducted to 6 people; the respondents were consisted of hair designers, skin care experts, and make-up artists. As a result, there were 3 major factors (task-related factors, structural factors, customerrelated factors) that were related to job stress. First, task-related factors consisted of 3 elements represented the difficulties that appeared while employees were accomplishing their tasks. Second, structural factors consisted of 4 elements, which were caused by the problems of organizational structures. Third, customer-related factors consisted of 2 elements
