Preparation stage is conscious raising, dynamic relaxation, self- revaluation, self-liberation, self-efficacy set was constructed by the frame. Also, Action stage is conscious raising, stimulus control, helping relationship, counterconditioning, reinforcement management, self-efficacy it was set, Maintenance stage is conscious raising, stimulus control, counterconditioning, reinforcement management, decisional balance(pros), self-efficacy it was set to. For this, The processes of change, decisional balance (pros), self-efficacy It had influenced the stages of change, focusing on the variables that affect the scalp and hair health promoting behavior Stages of change The effect of changes in movement that proposed a major strategic step for the development of intervention programs.
