Abstract
This research aims to study the effects that job satisfaction has on health condition and scalp and hair condition. The ultimate purpose of this study is to maintain and care for the health, and scalp and hair of the modern-day people. The research targets consisted of adult men and women living in Seoul and Kyeonggi-do Province. The survey was conducted from April 10th, 2016 to May 20th, 2016. A total of 700 survey papers were distributed with 686 papers returned. Out of these data a total of 642 papers were used as material for the final analysis. According to the research, the higher the job satisfaction, the better the health and scalp and hair condition. Therefore, in order to maintain and care for better health condition and better scalp and hair condition, one must elevate their job satisfaction. Not only is personal effort necessary but a systemic change, such as development of professional programs, must be made in order to improve issues of work stress. This research hopes this research material is useful as foundation for better health and better scalp and hair condition of modern-day people. Since the target of this research was limited to adults residing in Seoul and Kyeonggi-do Province, an expansion may be necessary for better objectivity. The writer looks forward to further research based on this research material that proves beneficial to modern-day people.
