Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of acai berry ethanol extract (ABEE) using in vitro and in vivo. The cell toxicity of ABEE was evaluated with or without LPS using the RAW 264.7 cells. And the anti-inflammatory effects of ABEE were also estimated in RAW 264.7 cells by secretion of nitric oxide (NO) and interleukin (IL)-1
