This study deduced the following results by analyzing antioxidant activity, antibacterial ingredients, and anti-inflammatory ingredients to investigate the potential of functional cosmetic materials according to the antibacterial and antioxidant activity of Chelidonium majus extract. DPPH radical scavenging ability of Chelidonium majus extract was identified to have excellent antioxidative effect as it showed over 83% of radical scavenging ability. ABTS radical scavenging ability increased rapidly at 0.5 mg/mL, and increased more than 95% at 1 mg/mL. Polyphenol content was 29.1 |
