The Effects of the Neck Pain and the Cervical Vertebrae Motion Range on the Complex Program of Meckenger Exercise and Hatha Yoga Therapy

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of neck pain and the cervical vertebrae motion range on the complex program of Meckenzie exercise and Hata Yoga therapy. Mackenzie exercise and Hatha Yoga therapy was used three times a week for 4 weeks. Through VAS and cervical vertebrae motion range of experimental group(N=7) and control group(N=7) which were compared to the difference between them. The results were as fellows: In the case of VAS in the experiment groups as before exercise 6.71, and as later exercise 3.71 as it (t=5.196, p<. 01) indicates reduced levels of pain. In the case of the Flexion as before 46.43 and as later 54.00 was increased in later levels which appeared to be(t=-4.065, p< .01). In the case of the extension as before exercise 64.57 and as later exercise 53.71, was increased in later exercise levels which appeared to be(t=-6.938, p<.001). In the case of the RLF as before exercise 33.57 and as later exercise 40.29 was increased in later exercise levels which appeared to be(t=-6.938, p<.001). In the case of the LR as before exercise 54.86 and as later exercise 60.71 was increased in later levels which appeared to be(t=-2.887, p<.05). In the case of the RR as before exercise 49.43, and as later exercise 64.00 was increased in later exercise levels which appeared to be(t=-5.232, p<.01) In other words, the previous than the posterior VAS pain levels were reduced. The joint motion range E, F, RLF, LR, RR figures appeared to be joint motion, which have increased the range of affected. In the case of the previous than the posterior LLF levels appeared to be reduced, There was no statistically significant difference. In the future, the Meckenzie exercise and Hata Yoga complex program are appeared to affect the improvement of neck pain and the scope of the cervical vertebrae.
