Abstract |
The job stress of beauty workers who have spent a lot of time in the past is becoming diversified. In this study, the study aims to ensure that occupational stress is performed by studying general characteristics of the beauty workers. Studies show that the average nature of a cosmetic worker has a significant impact on job stress. These results are directly attributable to the task stress, which is the job stress of gender, age, academic background, position, background, and career, and the effort to correct the task stress is needed in order to correct the task stress. It is said that the satisfaction of internal customers will lead to a healthy social life, and healthy social and corporate sales will be developed. As a result of the study, the first thing to do is to make changes in the environment so that cosmetic workers can reduce job stress. Second, the organizational members need the ability to positively embrace and embrace positive emotions as a source of change. Third, it is necessary to supplement, refine, organize and systematize the deficiencies of promotion, work, and relationships. Based on the results of this study, we hope to understand the job stress of beauty care workers and be better managed to perform healthy and rewarding tasks, and hopefully this study will be used as a foundation for health care workers. |
