Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to suggest an internal marketing plan for organizational effectiveness and job attitude enhancement based on the characteristics of each group by analyzing a difference in organizational effectiveness and job attitude according to each group after segmenting the groups on the basis of career plateau and entrepreneurial intention for beauty salon employee. For final 509 questionnaires, a frequency, reliability, factor, cluster, and analysis of variance was carried out with spss 21.0 program. First, the first group it is thought necessary to suggest a positive vision on the technical and economic aspect that the improvement of competencies can result in by checking the cause that education and training cannot lead to the improvement of competencies. Second, the second group is thought that organization effectiveness will be enhanced and job attitude will be positively changed if a system to connect the completion of this education with promotion is established by checking the cause of dissatisfaction with education and training. Third, the third group it is a group that can become a role model of other members. And it is thought necessary to induce long years of service by strengthening their presence and having respect for them in the organization and set a direction so that member can follow the growth process of this group even when they leave the organization later. |
