Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement plan for the waiting time of beauty salon in order to improve customer satisfaction. To achieve that, a questionnaire survey was conducted with ordinary people. With the final 300 data of the questionnaire, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted in SPSS 21.0 program.
