The Mediation Effect of Academic Achievement in the Relationship between the Self-Effectiveness and the Way-to-Decision of a hairdresser

Abstract
Depending on the career path chosen by an individual, the individual's social and economic status as well as his values, abilities, and level of experience are influenced by all aspects of life. It is important that the beauty profession is also competitive with technical professions, away from simple beauty functions. Although the beauty industry is making great progress, there is a problem of labor imbalance between demand and supply in the labor supply part to support this. Therefore, this study aims to provide a more concrete and systematic way to pursue a career direction for students related to beauty education, and to provide basic data on effective education methods for educating talented person who is ultimately a professional beauty.The research of the study targeted students in Seokyung University, the current beautician, and a beauty academy in Gyeonggido. A total of 450 copies of a total of 470 copies above, with a valid questionnaire of 430 copiesIt was used as a final analysis material by using the statistics. The effects of self - efficacy on academic achievement and career decision, and the effect of academic achievement on career decision, showed that task solving ability and self - confidence had a statistically significant effect on academic achievement. It was found that there was a statistically significant effect on the sub-factors, planning and goal selection. In addition, the analysis of the mediating role of academic achievement in the relationship between self - efficacy and career decision showed that the mediating effect of academic achievement was statistically significant, and the analysis of the mediating role of academic achievement in the relation of self - effiacy The mediating effect of. It is necessary to make individuals aware of emotional, material, and valued support for others while fostering confidence that they can successfully fulfill the demands of various situations in relation to career. Based on the results of this study, we plan to improve the self-efficacy of the students who are preparing for career, and hope to be used as educational material for a more concrete and systematic career direction.
