Abstract
Particulate matter (PM) is a mixture of particles suspended in the polluted air. Recently it was revealed that PM influences upon the biological environment of the skin. It was not well-known about the mechanisms and changes from the keratinocytes exposed with PM. We analyzed the effects of PM on cultured human keratinocyte cell (HaCaT) and human skin fibroblast cell (HS68).
