Development of NCS-based Hair Job Performance Evaluation System

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a job - centered evaluation format that meets the demands and level of industry through the development of job domain and evaluation tools at the stage of admission to the hairdressing industry, and aims to improve the adaptability of job to beauty industry graduates. The study consisted of an evaluation committee with more than 50% of the personnel in the industry, and three meetings were held to prepare the job evaluation contents and detailed rubrics. The contents of the evaluation were selected as the most important hair permanent and shampoo in the task of hair beauty application step, and the process evaluation was carried out in four stages of detail including preparatory stage, procedure stage, finishing stage and attitude. As a result of the study, the average of the attitude areas in the four evaluation areas was 8.28 points. 8.17 points in preparation, 8.01 points in procedure, and 7.98 points in finishing. Of the 28 students who participated in the evaluation, 4 of the students were judged to be excellent and 24 were satisfied.
