A Study on the Effects of the Service Justices of Hairdressing Business on Customer Trust

Abstract
This study intended to examine the differences of customer trust by hair salon customers' personal characteristics and investigate the effects of the service justices of hairdressing business on customer trust. And it attempted to contribute to result-oriented management plans for hair salon manager implementing service marketing strategy focusing on customer management. For empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted among hair salon customers in Gyeongsangnam-do, and the collected data were analyzed. The results found the following: First, the customer trust by hair salon customers' personal characteristics was high in the following groups:
