The Effect of Beauty Vocational Ability Development Account System on Career Decision of Educational Satisfaction and Practical Relevance

Abstract
As the life expectancy of the activities has been extended, various kinds of occupations have been expanded and the beauty service industry has been continuously growing, so that preparations are being made to hope for the beauty technical skills. In order to adapt to these social changes, it is necessary to develop vocational abilities so that they can select and develop jobs suitable for individual aptitudes, hopes and abilities. To this end, a vocational ability development account is also in operation in the beauty sector. In this study, vocational colleges and academies were selected for training courses of beauty vocational ability development account in Seoul and Gyeonggi area. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of educational satisfaction and practical fitness on the decision of beauty careers. As a result, first, the satisfaction of education and practicum fitness in the training course of beauty vocational competency development account showed higher satisfaction of the course aimed at practical education than the qualification course. Second, beauty career decision of the training program of beauty vocational ability development account showed positive correlation with educational satisfaction, curriculum contents, and educational environment, and there was a positive correlation with practical fit. This suggests that it is necessary to improve the curriculum and contents that can enhance the satisfaction of education and practical fitness in the education field use program for beauty vocational ability development. In addition, it is believed that vocational ability development education should be made to maintain good quality jobs with conviction after completion of training.
