The Influence of the Occupational Values in Holland on the Adaptation of Career, Path Decision Making, and Self-Effectiveness of Career Beauty College Students

Abstract
In order to identify the effect of the vocational value of college students in the medical beauty category on career adaptability, career decision immersion, and self-efficiency in determining career path, this study conducted an empirical analysis using the SPSS 22.0 statistics program after surveying medical beauty majors. While Holland's college students' job outlook has been shown to have a positive influence on career adaptability and career-determined self-effectiveness, other results showed that the higher the variables in the actual value of the Holland college student's job value, the lower the career-determined immersion is.It is believed that career guidance is necessary to select a job that excludes volunteer, emotional, and ideal tendencies, as it has been confirmed that satisfaction in career decisions increases self-efficacy and is related to job values, but the higher the variables in actual values, the lower the concentration of career decisions.
