Impact of Organizational Culture of Hairdressers on Work Performance

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between the organizational culture of hairdressers a and Work Performance, and to present the basic data to prepare a plan for enhancing the organizational c culture and the Work Performance of hairdressers. The organizational culture of hairdressers is three s subfactors, and the subfactors of work performance are three factors. As a result of examining the influence o of th o of th o of the organizational culture of hairdressing workers on work performance, there were statistically s significant results in group culture, hierarchical culture, and development culture. The organizational c culture of hairdressers is an important variable in their performance. Therefore, if the goal of the o organization is set in a strategic direction to enhance the organizational culture of the hairdresser and t the hairdresser's capacity is strengthened, the work performance will be high, resulting in a higher sense o of belonging to the hairdresser's organization and lower turnover. Although this study was conducted with limited subjects and variables, we hope that the following studies will continue a comprehensive and practical study considering various variables.
