A Study of the Relationship among the Satisfaction of the Education and Educational Application of Interns at Franchise Hair Salons

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the importance of beauty education for interns in the hair salon franchise and to analyze empirically the effect of satisfaction of education on educational application. In addition, I would like to find a way to increase the application of education. As for the subject of this study, a total of 250 questionnaires were distributed, and 248of them were retrieved and statistical data was obtained with 244 valid questionnaires. SPSS 22.0 was used to analyze the collected data. Analytical analysis was carried out on the data in the form of frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. First of all, as a result the overall satisfaction of education had a significant influence on the practical aspects in order of satisfaction with education effect and satisfaction with education system. Secondly, only the satisfaction of educational effect had a significant influence on the psychological and theoretical aspects, and the satisfaction of the educational system did not have a significant effect. This study examined the ways to improve the usefulness and education of education in the beauty service industry, and through this, it is intended to provide it as a helpful material for education in the beauty service industry.
