Abstract |
This study was carried out to investigate the composition and contents of free amino acid and phenolic acid and flavonoids of hot water and methanol extracts of Phellinus ribis fruiting body, and the results are as follows. 14 kinds of free amino acids were found in hot water and methanol extracts, respectively. In the hot water extract, protein-free amino acid derivatives were confirmed 4 kinds, and in the methanol extracts were confirmed 2 kinds. Total polyphenol and total flavonoid content were 225.80 |
