A Study on the Effect of Emotional Labor and Job Exhaustion for Beauty Professions depending on Positions to their work and quality of life

Abstract
This study is to examine how emotional labor and job exhaustion of beauty professions affect their quality of life. Furthermore, it aims to provide academic materials for their mental health. The sample of the study is based on beauty service workers who lives in Seoul and the metropolitan area where is around Seoul. For this study, 450 questionnaires were distributed in total, and 403 documents were finally used as analysis materials. All collected data were statistically processed using the SPSS 20.0. The analysis results of the entire data are as follows: demographic characteristic shows that 82.4 percent of examined beauty professions are women, and for age group, it indicates that 20s is the highest at 35.5 percent.
