A Study on the Effects of Customer Satisfaction and Service Quality -Focusing on the Beauty Price-

Customer satisfaction is the object of customers` economic priority decision making among variable alternatives. By this research, we did empirical research which has been dealt with negligently in conceptual research. Firstly, at service encounter, the difference of customer satisfaction according to behavior pattern is not significant. That is to say, customer r is independent with customer satisfaction. But, Customer satisfaction is dependent with service class. Secondly, the factors of customer satisfaction has a positive (+) effect which may affect human resources service, physical service price. Thirdly, The CEO of Beauty Service industry provide physical service that the latest facilities, comfortable and hygienic atmosphere can give Customer Satisfaction Strategy. The Service Quality chosen as a priority of Service Quality can be used for Operating marketing Strategy on Beauty Service industry, which was confirmed of a positive effect to customer satisfaction. therefore, Beauty Service industry is considered that it has to make a consistent effort to improve the Service Quality of Service price Strategy.
