| Abstract |

This research find out the characteristic of the group engaged in one kind work over 10 years, and in the Inferior environment which must work over 10 hours a day, grip the development strategy for upgrade who passed the Beauty master examination being carried out in Korea industry manpower center. The peoples who get the certification of the Beauty master examination are total 381 up to now. From all of those peoples, implemented the post survey and direct survey from April 1, 2007 to April 30, and the final analysis by 110 sheets to be completely written among those 150 questionnaires. The research are construction of the general characteristic of an investigator, the concrete of occupation, an occupation contentment, the method to pass the Beauty master qualification by an examination, and the theory and the practical satisfaction of the expert. In the result of investigation, although the government has been executing various training, there are presenting for needing many developing educational courses what the expert want. |
