Ju Ri Kim, Yun Jung Kim
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the needs of reeducation for employment stability and job satisfaction of aesthetician and to investigate educational method. Following are the results of this study. First, aesthetician has very high job satisfaction but a separation rate is also high, and shows very low pride. Second, they want once or twice reeducation per week which should not burden their working time and last for two to four months. In addition to this, they want to take training at a university that has this subject in consideration of reliability and expertise. Third, It is estimated that aesthetician under the age of 35 has showed higher separation rate because they do not have pride of their job and lack of expertise while aesthetician over the age of 35 have settled their job as both consultant and manager. A series of in-service training policy and support for employment stability by the ministry of Labor can not be given to people who are working in the aesthetic. These are the reasons. First, the development educations taken by vocational education policy for working women can only be taken people who have unemployment insurance. Most of aesthetician are unstable in their jobs, so they are excluded for these education. Second, cultivating education for the jobless can only be taken in the status of quitting jobs because educational time and working time overlap. Third, educational contents supported by government are too focused on the bases, so they are not satisfactory for the people who are working on the spot. Finally, corporation and adjustment of working time by employer is needed to take education supported by government. However, the understanding from work place is insufficient
