Abstract

This study analyzed dividing into three amulets to lay confrontation strategy by FTA(Free-trade Agreement) agreement and studied correct disposal plan at beauty art real with this. By counterplan, 1. As specialist, must limit applying for an examination condition of hairdresser qualification system to be recognized public trust and professionalism. 2. Must rear beauty art person who inculcate pride like occasion of advanced nation as paraprofessional through independence bill, and can equip sense of responsibility. 3. Need permeance about beauty art education that must be able to equip curriculum of cosmetology that is deepened to survive in competition from foreign countries beauty art educational institution that equip classicalness and systemicity, and furthermore can produce student studying abroad. 4. Need qualitative growth that vivify peculiar special quality of brand. Also, domestic franchise need together growable win-win strategy. Will have to lay beforehand systematic strategy that is correct to this judging weakness of domestic beauty art industry objectively at comprehension to have competitive power in the world beauty art industry and jumps as there is pride.
