Research Paper : Antibiosis of Kiwi(Apteryx australis) Fruit Extract and Its Effect on Scalp Health

Abstract
This research aimed to assess the likelihood as the material of a natural scalp care product on the basis of this after looking into the effect that it has on antibiosis and the scalp after extracting kiwi(Apteryx australis) fruit protease, and got the following conclusion. First, though antimicrobial activity of kiwi fruit protease was founded out in the pityrosporum ovale, P.ovale and propionibaterium, P.acne that always exist on the standard strain and the scalp, the clear zone on propionibaterium, P.acne was not found out in the disk diffusion method. Second, in the skin safety test, all the reagents confirmed the safety in the skin irritation by testing negative, and all the participants showed an improvement in the general scalp complexion including a dandruffy scalp and inflammatory scalp after the test.
