Research Paper : A Study on the Factors of Conflict and the Degrees of Conflict between Hair Dressers and Their Assistants in Organization of Beauty Culture

Abstract
This research is designated to demonstrate the factors of the internal conflicts occurred between hair designers and their assistants. The questionaire used in the purpose of this research was revised upon the previous research. The conflicts occur in the difference in personal characteristic of the relationship between hairdressers and their assistants, from the difference in opinions in regards to work assignment and from the employer`s way of working with assistants in organization of beauty culture. It is shown that how severe the conflicts are between hairdresser group and assistant group are recognizable like followings. First, There were different between job classifications, hairdresser group and assistant group on the degree of conflict. Second, There were different between job classifications, hairdresser group and assistant group on the factors of conflict. Third, The factors of conflict had an effect on the degree of conflict, but a job classification had not an effect on the degree of conflict.
