Abstract

This study analyzed the effect of self efficacy in college students majored in beauty art on the career maturity, and whether there were differences in self efficacy according to existence or inexistence regarding certificate of qualifications, participating experience in vocational training competition and award one in the competition. As a result in analyzing the effect of self efficacy on the career maturity, self efficacy was appeared to influence the career maturity. Self-confidence factor among self efficacies was appeared to influence most in the career maturity, followed self-control sense of effectiveness. The preference factor in the degree of difficulty of assignment showed as influencing in the career maturity. Students who had acquired certificate of qualifications showed high degree in self efficacy as a result of analyzing the differences whether to acquire certificate of qualifications. As a result of analyzing the differences in self efficacy according to existence or inexistence in participating experiences at vocational training competition, the students having experiences in the competition showed high degree in self efficacy. Self efficacy of students having award experiences at the vocational training competition appeared high as a result of analyzing self efficacy differences whether to acquire award at the competition.
