Abstract

This study was carried out to investigate antioxidative effects of Rumex crispus L. (R. crispus) root extracts and protective effects on Human HaCaT keratinocyte. The extracts were prepared by ethanol extraction method. The antioxidant activities of extracts was used the method of DPPH radical, SOD similar activation, total polyphenolics and flavonoids content and protective effects on human HaCaT keratinocyte. The DPPH radical scavenging activity of the aerial part of R. crispus root extracts showed a considerable IC50 value (86.06
