Abstract

This study used the root extracts of Lithospermum erythrorhizon as one of traditional natural botanic dye to determine dyeing level of decolored hair depending upon dyeing hours, dyeing temperature and mordant concentration. And this study also examined post-dyeing color endurance through shampooing. As a result, this study came to the following findings: In this experimental conditions, it is found that 3% mordant treatment followed by 10 minute hair dyeing at 40
