Research Paper : A Study of Nail Art Customer Preferences and the Use of UV Gel

Abstract
In modern society, women tend to freely express beauty based on their personality. ``UV Gel`` is a safe and healthy nail art technique which makes customers` hands more beautiful. Recently, harmless UV Gel has emerged as one of the most profitable products of a nail salon. This study has analyzed differences in customer preferences on UV Gel-based nail care and nail care items and conducted a questionnaire survey on customer preferences after fabricating stimuli using the UV Gel techniques for the UV Gel-based nail art customers. According to the analysis, nail art was most popular among professional women in their 30s and 40s regardless of their marital status. In terms of nail art techniques, ``UV Gel`` was recognized as the most fascinating. Most respondents said that they preferred ``UV Gel`` because of its long-lasting performance and transparency. In addition, customer satisfaction of ``Design Gel`` was high. It appears that the nail care industry has a bright future provided that it enhances customer reliability from the technical, design and emotional aspects through creative expressions and various designs and offers high-quality services.
