Research Paper : The Effect of Meridian Massage and High Frequence Management on the Body form for Women ?Focusing on the Thigh and Abdominal Obesity?

Abstract
This research conducted with 36 beauty and figure aware female college students in their twenties for 8 weeks for weights, abdominal and thigh reduction. The most currently practiced obesity treating method, meridian massage, meridian massage combined with high frequency treatment, high frequency treatment were applied for a comparative study on the effects of weight, abdominal, and thigh reduction. Before conducting the experiment, group 1 only applied with manual meridian massage showed a significant difference in the BMI body composition. Group 2, combined manual meridian massage with high frequency showed significant differences in each contents. Group 3, only applied with high frequency showed significant differences in the value of weights except body fat and abdominal fat percentage, BMI, and body fat. Before and after conducting the experiment of each groups, the comparative study of physical measurement in group 1 showed significant differences in hip, navel, under navel 5, left thigh 25. Group 2 showed significant differences in each contents. Group 3 showed significant differences in hip, navel, left thigh 10, 25, right thigh. To conclude, group 2 (meridian massage combined with high frequency machine) showed a more effective result than group 1 (meridian massage) and group 3(high frequency machine).
