| Abstract |
|
The purpose of this study is to exam the significance of educational training for master hairdressers and the pride in the beauty industry. The survey was carried out on master hairdressers to figure out the relationship between educational training, educational training performance and self-esteem, and the mediating effect of educational training performance in the relationship between educational training and self-esteem. The 278 copies analyzed for final analysis. The effect of educational training on educational training performance and self-esteem found that sub-factors of educational training is important factors to improve educational training performance of master hairdressers. |
