| Abstract |

Recently, Wellbeing industry has been developing rapidly, people seem to be interested aging of the skin and protecting of the skin. Accordingly, it was a chance to increase the skin care service and related industries. As skin-beauticians are increased by that, education and employment for skin care industry have become an important issue. Therefore, to find factors of effective employment for skin-beautician is a very important thing. we have been used the Delphi method in this paper and obtained Value of Coefficient Variation and CVR in Results through the three Delphi surveys. So, we make a conclusion to define the factors of effective employment for skin-beautician supporting the skin care education and industry. |
