This study was targeting capabilities tournament participants Hair Design Job 400 people, both online and in writing to a questionnaire distributed by excluding deemed insufficient to be used in the analysis were used in a total of 345 additional final analysis. Questionnaires are recognized on the functions tournament, satisfaction, survey configuration to measure the utilization was largely a total of 58 items in four factors. Data collection was performed using SPSS 20.0, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, principal component analysis with Varimax, t-test, One way ANOVA, we conducted a Duncan test. The results are as follows. Analysis of the differences in function before the tournament participants recognized according to the number of participants, number of participants and the tournament did not differ significantly. Analysis of the difference in awareness and participation, for the recognized economic value and recognized local, national capabilities were significant differences in the tournament. Analysis of the difference between satisfaction and utilization, depending on the number of participants, local, national capabilities were significant differences in the tournament. Hair Design event features participants in the tournament situation in the cosmetic field, but that does not take advantage sikindamyeon improve the design function capability through the tournament will be able to benefit from self-development and the field.
